Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO)
The Intellectual Property Owners Association will host a one-day conference focusing on improving the U.S. patent system, particularly the quality of patents. Numerous panel discussions featuring well-known patent authorities, government officials, and former USPTO directors will educate attendees on how to obtain the best patents under the existing USPTO system. Finnegan’s Thomas L. Irving will lead an afternoon session entitled, “High Quality Prosecution in the USPTO”.
