Designed to provide insight into U.S. patent litigation through highly interactive and entertaining discussion, this intensive one-day seminar features several mock demonstrations as well as lectures by the Honorable Liam O'Grady, a U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge, and several Finnegan lawyers, including Robert Burns, David Hill, Doris Johnson Hines, Michael Jakes, Michael Morin, and Naoki Yoshida. The course is sponsored by the Research Center for the Legal Systems of Intellectual Property, 21st century Center of Excellence, Waseda Institute for Corporation Law and Society, and will be held at Toranomon Pastoral in Tokyo. A reception sponsored by Finnegan will follow immediately after the program.
