Intellectual Property Owners Association hosts a conference addressing standards and patents associated with the distribution of open source software that incorporates standard technology in the US, Europe, and emerging markets such as China. Finnegan partner Patrick Coyne will participate in a panel discussion on “Litigation Strategies for Standards” at the one day training program.
