Following the success of Finnegan's Palo Alto office program, the Cambridge office is hosting an afternoon program for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Speakers David Frazier, Charlie Van Horn, and Leslie McDonell will discuss patent term extensions, ANDA litigation, and Orange Book and data exclusivity. Leslie McDonell will moderate the question and comment session. Hosted at the Hotel @ MIT, this program has been designed for general counsel and senior in-house patent counsel.
