On Monday, April 24, the firm's Reston Office will host its monthly seminar focused on patent, trademark, and copyright licensing. Douglas B. Henderson, founding partner of Finnegan, will compare the advantages of arbitration and other forms of ADR (Alternative Disputes Resolution) versus litigation. His discussion will include agreements containing arbitration provisions, contents of arbitration clauses, and governing law in the U.S. The luncheon program will run from 12:15-1:45 p.m.
