An intensive two-day course on U.S. patent litigation for European practitioners will be held at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Amsterdam. Michael Morin, Robert Burns, and Kara Stoll will discuss the procedures and strategies involved in litigating a patent in the U.S. and will present mock demonstrations of U.S. discovery procedures, motions practice, jury trials, and appeals.
