Managing Intellectual Property, in association with Finnegan, hosted a discussion on trademark strategies in the EU and US with lawyers, in-house counsel, and members of OHIM and the TTAB.
 
Topics included the new TTAB rules, current issues at OHIM, and differences between OHIM and USPTO. Finnegan attorneys Linda McLeod and Brett Heavner joined Tom Kingsbury of Bridgestone Americas, Philip Davison of Yum! Brands, Elisabeth Escobar of Marriott, Gerard Rogers of the USPTO, and Vincent O’Reilly of OHIM in the roundtable discussion.
