The Management Forum is presenting a two-day course in London designed for Senior Patent Administrators, Formalities Managers, Paralegals, and others previously versed in patent formalities. Expert speakers from the European Patent Office, The World Intellectual Property Organization, and private industry will provide updates on various aspects of patent formalities. Steven Scott, who practiced in the firm's Brussels office for several years, will examine the current status and the future of the USPTO, including recent developments in electronic processing of U.S. applications, implementation plans for the Revised 21st Century Strategic Plan, and 102(e) dates of U.S. patent application publications, published PCT applications, and issued U.S. patents.
