Podcast: Elizabeth Niemeyer on the Federal Circuit's Decision in ClearCorrect v. ITC

Niemeyer, Elizabeth A.

This decision raises a number of questions about the scope of the ITC's jurisdiction and future cases. In this podcast, Finnegan partner Elizabeth A. Niemeyer discusses the current and future impact of the Federal Circuit's decision for the ITC.
