Patent Resources Group (PRG)
The Patent Resources Group provides advanced patent law courses for established patent practitioners. Finnegan attorneys Tom Irving, Paul Browning, Erik Puknys, and Mark Sweet will present "Chemical Patent Practice." Patrick O’Reilley, Ron Bleeker, Brian Kacedon, and Bill Pratt will lecture on "Drafting Patent License Agreements." Tom Irving, and Scott Lee will join AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals' Karen Cochran in teaching a course on FDA Orange Book and listable small molecule patents. Erik Puknys and Jean Fordis will lecture on "Patent Opinions, Strategy and Tactics" and Tom Irving, Bryan Diner, and Michael O'Shaughnessy will present "Due Diligence Investigations."
