The Patent Resources Group provides advanced patent law courses for established patent practitioners. Finnegan partners Tom Irving, Paul Browning, Deborah Herzfeld and Jill MacAlpine will teach “Chemical Patent Practice”; Bryan Diner, Tony Gutowski and Andy Holtman will present “Due Diligence Investigations”; Mike Elmer will present “Patent Damages”; and Ron Bleeker, Brian Kacedon, Pat O’Reilley and Bill Pratt will present “Drafting Patent License Agreements.” The program will take place at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida.
