The Patent Resources Group provides advanced patent law courses for established patent practitioners. Finnegan attorneys Tom Irving, Paul Browning, Erik Puknys, and Mark Sweet will lecture on "Chemical Patent Practice." Tom Irving, and Scott Lee will join AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals' Karen Cochran in teaching a course on FDA Orange Book and listable small molecule patents. Patrick O’Reilley, Ron Bleeker, Brian Kacedon, and Michael O'Shaughnessy will discuss "Drafting Patent License Agreements" and Tom Irving, Bryan Diner, and Michael O'Shaughnessy will present "Due Diligence Investigations."
