The Patent Resources Group provides advanced patent law courses for established patent practitioners. Finnegan attorneys James Barney, Michelew Bosch, Jean Fordis, and Richard Racine will present a course on Drafting Patent Validity & Infringement Opinions. Patrick O'Reilley, Ron Bleeker, Bill Pratt, and Brian Kacedon will present a course on Drafting Patent License Agreements. Tom Irving, Mark Sweet, and Erik Puknys will present a course on Chemical Patent Practice. The courses will be at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida.
