The Patent Resources Group provides advanced patent law courses for established patent practitioners. Finnegan attorneys Jean Fordis and Erik Puknys will present “Patent Opinions, Strategy & Tactics.” Paul Browning, Tom Irving, Erik Puknys, and Mark Sweet will lecture on “Chemical Patent Practice.” Ron Bleeker, Brian Kacedon, Patrick O’Reilley, Mike O’Shaughnessy, and Bill Pratt will present “Drafting Patent License Agreements.” Bryan Diner, Jean Fordis, and Anthony Gutowski will present “Due Diligence Investigations.” Tom Irving, and Scott Lee, will present “Fundamental Building Blocks for Creating and Enforcing the FDA Orange Book Listable U.S. Patent.” Mark Feldstein, David Frazier, Laura Masurovsky, and Barbara Rudolph will lecture on “ANDA Litigation: Critical Issues and Winning Strategies.” The courses will take place at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida.
