The University of Barcelona Center for Patents is dedicated toward researching and teaching patent rights and documentation. Finnegan attorneys Elizabeth Doherty, Tim May, Lori Johnson, and Anthony Tridico will present "Navigating through the confusion: A discussion of the recent changes in US case law on inventive step and the sweeping changes to the U.S. patent system that are pushing their way through the US legislature." The program will take place at The Parc Científic de Barcelona.
