Finnegan has received The American Lawyer’s Litigation Department of the Year Award in the IP category. The firm established itself as the go-to IP law firm by racking up a number of notable wins in district court, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Of particular note were wins for i4i against Microsoft at the Federal Circuit; a successful outcome in Bilski v.
