Held for its seventh year in San Jose, this conference hosted by The University of Texas at Austin School of Law will feature sessions on international prosecution, effective advocacy techniques, current developments in claim construction, inequitable conduct, extraterritoriality, and injunctions and damages after eBay. At the Thursday afternoon session, Finnegan partner Erik Puknys will present on the extraterritorial reach of U.S. patents.
