Mary Beth Walker practices in the areas of trademark, unfair competition, and copyright enforcement and litigation, trademark prosecution, and copyright registration.
Ms. Walker's practice includes all aspects of federal court litigation and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She also advises clients on the enforcement of their trademarks and prosecutes U.S. trademark applications.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Walker served as a law clerk to the Honorable Theresa Carroll Buchanan, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
