WASHINGTON, DC - In its annual survey, Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) ranked Finnegan in the top tier for the United States in patent prosecution, ITC litigation, trademark prosecution, and trademark contentious services.  Other high rankings included second tier for patent contentious, bio life sciences, and copyright services.

Regionally, the firm received top tier rankings in the Northeast for patent prosecution, patent contentious, trademark prosecution, trademark contentious, and copyright services, and second tier in the West for patent contentious and copyright.  Finnegan’s Tokyo office ranked in the top tier for foreign firms in Japan for patents and in the second tier for trademark/copyright.
