Julia Matheson will moderate this in-depth seminar on all aspects of U.S. accession to the Madrid Protocol and how it will affect trademark law and practice. The speakers include officials of the U.S. Patent and Trademark office and the World Intellectual Property Organization as well as experienced U.S. and international practitioners.
