We are located in the Avenue Louise district of Brussels. From the airport, a taxi ride is approximately 20 minutes. We are located in the Blue Tower. When entering the building, pass reception on the ground floor and proceed to our reception area on floor 22.

From the Netherlands and Antwerp (E19):

Follow direction Ring-E40 Liège - Luik, at the end of the highway E19.
On the ring, take the exit Brussels-Luik-Leuven and continue following the directions to Brussels.

From Germany and Liège (E40):

Do not take the ring; Stay on the highway and this road will take you directly into Brussels.

From France via Mons (E19):

Before entering Brussels, take the exit Waterloo-Ring east and continue in the direction of Luik - Liège on E40.
Take the exit Brussels-Luik-Leuven and continue following the directions to Brussels.

From England and Ostende (E40):

When entering Brussels, follow direction Ring E40 - Luik.
On the ring, take the exit Brussels-Luik-Leuven and continue following the directions to Brussels.

From Luxembourg and Namur (E411):

Follow the direction Ring-E40.
Take ring exit Brussels-Luik-Leuven and continue following the directions to Brussels.

Entering Brussels:

Follow direction Centre-Centrum and stay in the tunnel.
At the exit of the tunnel, drive straight to the Avenue Cortenbergh.
At round about Schumann, take the second street to the right Rue de la Loi.
Turn Left at the intersection with the traffic light and enter the tunnel.
Take the exit Louise from the tunnel.
After exiting the tunnel, take the round about and turn Left at the second street, Avenue Louise.
Go straight on Avenue Louise and turn Left at the 4th traffic light.
The Catella Property Consultants office, The Blue Tower, is on the right.
Parking is on the left side of the Tower.

From the airport Zaventem:

By Car:
Take the highway to leave the airport.
Take the ring road - direction Luik-Liège / Namen-Namur.
Second Exit - take highway E40 direction Brussels.
Drive to the end of this highway and take direction Sud / Zuid.
Enter the tunnel and take this road to the end (Brand Withlocklaan, Montgomery - Boulevard Louis Schmidt - Boulevard General Jacques).
Arrive at a square with 6 streets - take the second street on your right, Boulevard de Motlaan.
Arrive at the Louizalaan.
Stay on the parallel street at the right and after 300 meters you see the Blue Tower.
Parking is on the left side of the Tower.

By Train:
The train station is located in the basement (level –1) of the terminal building itself. 
From 06.00 till nearly midnight, the Airport City Express links the airport with Brussels City Center four times an hour. 
Take the train to Brussels South Station.  From there, take Metro Line 2 direction Simonis to Louise/Louiza. 
Exit towards Avenue Louise. 
Walk up Avenue Louise (about 15 mins.) or at Place Louise, take tram 94 to ‘Vleurgat’.
The Blue Tower is on the left side.

By Taxi:
Taxis (metered) are available outside the Arrivals Hall.
The fare between the airport and the center of Brussels is normally around 30.00 euro.
