Finnegan is a sponsor of the LES Winter Meeting to be held in Denver, Colorado, from February 9-11, 2005. In addition, two Finnegan attorneys will facilitate roundtable sessions on February 10. John Paul will facilitate a program on how to structure licensing arrangements with Chinese manufacturers to maximize the likelihood of receiving royalties, and Ron Bleeker will facilitate a program on trade secrets -- the challenge of the mobile employee.
