With myriad developments in the courts, Congress, and regulatory agencies, keeping track of what is important is a daunting task. The challenge is finding time to fit the pieces, see correlations, identify trends, and incorporate the knowledge into everyday patent practice.
Denise DeFranco, Tom Irving, Leslie McDonell, and Nathan Edwards will present on topics such as, case law updates, the impact of Bilski, Orange Book issues, a legislative update including patent reform and biosilimars, and lessons learned.
