Joe Palys practices litigation, prosecution, and client counseling in the software, business method, financial services, computer, network, and electro-mechanical technology areas. He leans on his nearly two decades of patent prosecution experience to counsel small to very large clients on prosecution, reexamination, portfolio management, and pre-litigation strategies, as well as to provide opinions regarding infringement, validity, and product clearances.

Mr. Palys also represents clients in patent infringement litigations that involve complex technologies such as digital signal processing, computer architechtures, Internet technologies, operating systems, and business software.
