Jeffrey Abraham practices patent litigation, counseling, and prosecution. Currently, Mr. Abraham devotes most of his time to litigating patents before the U.S. district courts. His litigation experience includes analyzing patents and technical issues, preparing pleadings and briefs, taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses, assisting technical experts in their preparation of expert reports, conducting and defending depositions of expert witnesses, and examining witnesses at trial.
Mr. Abraham has litigation experience in the chemical, mechanical, and electrical fields. He has worked on matters involving a wide array of technologies, including polymers, biofuels, pharmaceutical compositions, refrigerators, gaming consoles, and iris recognition technology.
He also has appellate experience before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and patent prosecution experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Abraham also provides clients with client counseling regarding the development of patent portfolios.
Mr. Abraham has assisted clients in establishing their freedom to operate, prepared opinions of counsel, identified and resolved potential infringement disputes, and identified and resolved licensing opportunities.
