Finnegan partners Anthony Tridico and Timothy May will present on U.S. Patent Reform at the FORUM Institut’s U.S. Patent Reform: A Practical Review for the European Practitioner seminar. Their presentation will include: the new 'First-to-File System' in the U.S.; the supplemental examination: strategy in the view of 'Therasense'; influence of the Reform on USPTO practice; and, insight from in-house counsel on implementation.
