Mike Justus focuses on trademark and unfair competition enforcement and litigation, as well as domestic and international trademark clearance and prosecution, and Internet-related copyright and trademark issues. Mr. Justus has handled many aspects of federal court cases and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs. He has experience negotiating and drafting various types of agreements and he routinely counsels clients and renders opinions on a variety of copyright and trademark issues. Mr. Justus also has experience with the sale and licensing of trademarks, as well as various aspects of false advertising, copyright, and design patent litigation.
