ITC Hands Phicom Win in Probe Card Patent

The U.S International Trade Commission has adopted an administrative law judge’s determination that probe card assemblies and flash memory chips made by Phicom Corp. don’t infringe any valid FormFactor Inc. patents. As the Commission found no violation of Section 337 of the Trade Act, it terminated the investigation. Phicom is represented by Finnegan.
