Held at the Grand Hotel on Michigan’s Mackinac Island, this three-day seminar will cover recent developments in Patent, Trademark, Copyright, and Internet Law. Tom Irving, a regular presenter at the Institute, will provide an update on U.S. patent law. Other nationally renowned speakers include the Hon. James E. Rogan, Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, who will report on the current state of affairs at the USPTO. Co-sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the program qualifies attendees to earn 8 CLE credits.
