Michele Bosch and Antigone Kriss will lead this program on current inventorship law, which will be held at the Washington, DC office of Finnegan. Topics will include problems to avoid in prosecution, strategies for litigation, and how to render an opinion on inventorship. The program is co-sponsored by the IP Law Forum of the Women’s Bar Association and the DC Bar IP Forum.
