Finnegan, together with Coach Tech Management Company and in co-operation with Development Center for Biotechnology, will host a two-day seminar on "IP Licensing and Litigation" in Taipei, Taiwan. The purpose of the seminar is to bring various industries and patent professionals up to date with U.S. intellectual property licensing and litigation issues. Presentations will be given by John Alison, Michael Elmer, and Patrick O'Reilley, and key point translation in Chinese will be provided throughout the seminar.
