Elizabeth's recent representations have covered technologies ranging from smartTVs and LED panels to nicotine pouches and pharmaceuticals products. Given the unique issues each case presents, she works with clients to tailor representation to the specific needs of a particular matter.
Recognized as a Leading Lawyer by The Legal 500 U.S. and ranked for ITC patent litigation by Chambers USA, Elizabeth has had lead roles in dozens of ITC investigations, during which she gained experience in all aspects of offensive and defensive litigation, from pre-trial investigations through discovery, trial, and post-trial procedures. The breadth of her first-hand experience gives her distinctive insight into the procedure and strategy involved in ITC investigations and an ability to convey that information to clients.
In addition to her ITC practice, Elizabeth represents clients in federal district courts and is particularly familiar with the D. Delaware; C.D. and N.D. California; and E.D. Texas. She also represents clients either challenging patents or having their patents challenged before the USPTO. This diverse experience allows her to provide timely, strategic advice in developing areas of practice.
Elizabeth serves as a member of the firm's management committee.
