In this 3-day workshop offered by the Patent Resources Group in Arlington, Virginia, Finnegan attorneys Pat O'Reilley, Ron Bleeker, Bill Pratt, and Brian Kacedon will provide a clause-by-clause examination of all significant elements of a patent licensing agreement. They will use practical examples and focus on achieving successful drafting results by concentrating on the logical principles that underlie the task. The workshop is projected to be certified for 15 hours of CLE credit, including 1.5 hours of legal ethics credit.
