Four of the firm's licensing experts will lead this course on drafting and negotiating license agreements. Pat O'Reilley, Ron Bleeker, Bill Pratt, and Rafael Rosado will examine all the significant elements of a patent licensing agreement through lecture and discussions supplemented by examples, sample forms, and charts. The course, which is CLE credited, is part of the Patent Resources Group 2002 program series. The program will be held in Washington, DC at the Monarch Hotel.
