"Developing IP Strategies for Crystalline Forms," a conference hosted by Pharma IQ in London, will examine the interdependence of the science and litigation underpinning drug development of the future. The program will specifically address the patentability and protection of crystal forms. Howard Levine will co-chair the program and lead a litigation case study discussion with Jennifer Swan. Liz Doherty will serve as a leader of two pre-conference workshops on how to draft a patent application and on comparing the U.S. and European approaches to pharmaceutical patent litigation.
