Tom Irving, Michele Bosch, and Mark Sweet will participate in an in-depth presentation of virtually every aspect of application preparation and prosecution in the context of chemical patent law. The three-day program will provide recent chemical practice entrants and nonchemists with a working understanding of the law and practice, including recent trends, implications of the AIPA statute, and accompanying rule changes.
