University of Washington School of Law presents the Summit as part of its Summer Institute, which is hosted by the Center for Advanced Study & Research on Intellectual Property. At the July 21 session on Rethinking Patent Infringement Remedies, Erik Puknys will participate in a panel discussion on "Blackberry, Eolas and Beyond + View from Outside the US." The conference will be held at the University of Washington campus in Seattle.
