Our student associates develop their patent or trademark prosecution and litigation skills under the tutelage of some of the finest practitioners in the field.  Student associates combine working at Finnegan Henderson during the day with pursuit of their law degree in the evening.  Most of our student associates have completed one year of law school and have several years of IP experience.  Many have worked as patent examiners at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Upon graduation, most student associates continue their careers with Finnegan Henderson.
