The Maryland State Bar Association Section of Business Law, in cooperation with the University of Maryland School of Law and the University of Baltimore School of Law, will host the fifth annual program covering the business law issues relating to software licensing, privacy and data protection, covenants not to compete, transactions, LLC member and manager liability, employment severance matters and conflicts.
