The AAA will host a one-day comprehensive CLE-approved program designed to educate participants in the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process. The morning session of the program will instruct attendees on how to draft an effective arbitration clause, while the afternoon session will focus on the arbitration proceeding itself and provide a “Best Practices” list. Finnegan’s founding partner, Douglas Henderson is featured as a member of the program’s six-seat faculty panel.
