Three Finnegan attorneys are serving as panelists at the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law's Annual Conference. Charlie Van Horn will participate in a panel discussion on “The Proposed New Patent Rules— How They Will Change Patent Prosecution and Litigation;” Esther Lim will participate in a panel discussion on "Litigating Patent Injunctions after eBay;” and Don Dunner will participate in a panel discussion on “The Federal Circuit at 25.” The conference will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel in Arlington, Virginia.
