The patent landscape in the United States has changed dramatically since the Supreme Court’s Alice decision addressing patentability under section 101. In addition to considering strategies for navigating section 101 challenges, technology companies are revisiting trade secrets as an effective avenue for protecting valuable intellectual property.
This webinar will address patentability challenges in the courts and at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and suggest avenues for surviving them.
