With the “America Invents Act” and new U.S. patent laws now in effect or being implemented over the next year, emerging pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies are asking what are the implications of the changes and how do we adapt?
During the seminar, attendees will gain insight on building a business and patent portfolio strategy that responds to the new first-to-file patent system.
