E. Robert Yoches

Bob Yoches has extensive experience in patent infringement litigation, especially in the Northern District of California, the Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. He has a great deal of experience representing clients from Asia, particularly, Taiwan, China, and Japan, often in complex cases involving several patents related to electronic and computer technologies.

Mr. Yoches also supervises other patent-related activities, including prosecution, legal opinions, and licensing. He has served as a mediator on related matters. He has familiarity in all areas of computer software and hardware, as well as many areas of telecommunications and semiconductor technology.

Mr. Yoches writes frequently on patent-related topics, and speaks before academic, business, and legal communities in the U.S. and Asia on intellectual property issues.
