Apotex Corp. has agreed to wait until 2015 to produce a generic version of the triglyceride-lowering drug, Lovaza®. The decision came after Pronova BioPharma Norge AS alleged that Apotex’s abbreviated new drug application infringed on their patent for Lovaza®. Pronova is represented by Finnegan.
