Finnegan partner Kara Stoll will present “The Divide on Joint Infringement: Federal Circuit’s en banc review of Akamai and McKesson” at the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association’s patent litigation forum. The one day program has been approved for 5.0 hours of New Jersey CLE credit, including 1.0 ethics credit, and 4.5 hours of New York and Pennsylvania CLE credit, including 1.0 ethics credit. The seminar will take place at the Woodbridge Hilton in Iselin, New Jersey.
