Finnegan partner Naoki Yoshida will lecture on "Introduction to U.S. Judicial System and Litigation" at Osaka Institute of Technology (OIT) Intellectual Property Graduate School's Summer Intensive Course. Mr. Yoshida will broadly explain the judicial system and litigation in the United States and the differences with the Japanese system.
