Finnegan partner Clare Cornell will discuss the protection of 3D trade marks in Europe and how conflict of interest is handled in the United Kingdom and the United States at the Intellectual Property Seminar hosted by the Association of Singapore Patent Attorneys (ASPA) and the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA). The seminar will explore trade marks in view of recent decisions from the CJEU and the High Court of England and Wales in Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. v. Cadbury UK Limited concerning the registration of the shape of the four-finger Kit Kat bar. The program will take place at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore.
