Danny Awdeh focuses on trademark, unfair competition, false advertising, and copyright litigation. Mr. Awdeh’s litigation practice encompasses all aspects of federal court cases and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (TTAB). He has successfully litigated TTAB cases through trial.
Mr. Awdeh also advises clients on the selection, adoption, maintenance, and enforcement of their trademarks in the U.S. and around the world. He renders opinions on the availability and proper use of trademarks; assists clients in obtaining foreign registrations; and prepares, files, and prosecutes U.S. trademark applications. He also counsels clients on a wide variety of Internet-related trademark and copyright issues. His experience includes the sale and licensing of trademarks and copyrights.
Mr. Awdeh served as the executive notes and comments editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
