The presentation will cover the Supreme Court’s ruling on class action waivers in arbitration and Vermont’s statute regarding medical treatment prescribers, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Communications Decency Act, contract interpretation, trade secrets, open source, antitrust, information security, Stored Communications Act, Virginia Written Threat Criminal Statute and Personal Jurisdiction. The luncheon will be held at Finnegan’s office in Reston, VA.
